Apprentice contest at hall

The apprentices had to guess the amps and voltage of 6010 and 7018 weld rod. The  welding machine voltage gauge was taped and the apprentices had to adjust the machine accordingly. It was a close contest with Ray Conners the closest.He was off by 1 volt.His Prize was $50.00.

Earn a living wage and a Pension second to none. Travel and work across the country if you wish. Journeyman wages start @ $33.69. Pension is paid on hours worked. This means when you work overtime, the pension receives the overtime rate also. Based on a $6.90 an hour 1000 hrs a year for 5 years, you will receive $10,000 a year for the rest of your life at retirement age, Thats if you only work for 5 yrs. There is no maximum of how much you can make. Do the math and join the Boilermakers Union NOW!
