APPRENTICE APPLICATIONS

Due to Covid Restrictions, at this time Apprentice Applications will be mailed out upon request Monday through Friday. 

You must submit a request in writing, which can be faxed to 253-435-0329 or mailed to the hall at 16621 110th Ave. E., Puyallup, WA  98374.  You may also fill out the request via the link below. 

If you submit a request and DO NOT receive your application within a week of your request, please call Donna at 206-409-0255.
